Traditional Pre-Collection Letter Series

UCB uses MQC Collection Services as its in-house pre-collect company. Traditional Pre-Collection letters offer the client an opportunity to "ease" into the third party collection process. The letter series typically consists of 1-3 notices and in/out bound calls over a 30-90 day period. This process does not affect a patient's credit report. The benefits of using MQC Pre-Collection Services are:
