UCB’s Financial Services Division has strategically located Collection Call Center facilities for optimum production. Centers operate at high efficiency with floor plans that provide a blend of proper density and comfortable workspace. Sites are fully protected with generator power supplies and system redundancy for business continuity. Desk reserves are set aside for workflow diversion as required by the UCB Disaster Recovery Plan for Business Continuity. Resources include state of the art dialer technology, phone systems, monitored security and fire alarm / suppression systems, closed circuit television, and area access entry control devices.
